Steve Berg

Steve is a Venture Partner at Lytical Ventures, where he leverages his deep network and operational experience to provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies and maintain relationships across the venture ecosystem.

Prior to his current role, Steve was an active Partner at Lytical Ventures, and before that, he was the General Partner at Antecedent Ventures and a member of the RTP Ventures investment team. Steve has held positions in strategy and corporate development at Emulex (NYSE: ELX) and as a sell-side analyst covering technology at Punk, Ziegel & Co. Steve holds an MBA from Northern Illinois University and a BS in business from Miami University. He is also a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
