Jennifer Cohen

Jennifer is the Global Head of Human Capital Management for Schonfeld Strategic Advisors, a global multi-manager platform that invests its capital with internal and partner portfolio primarily on an exclusive or semi-exclusive basis, across quantitative, fundamental equity, tactical trading, and discretionary macro & fixed income strategies. Cohen joins from Global Atlantic Financial Group, where she most recently served as Co-Head of Human Resources. She brings deep financial services experience to Schonfeld, having spent more than 20 years in various leadership roles at Global Atlantic, and its predecessor Goldman Sachs, across the human resources, mortgage, and risk departments. Her expertise lies at the intersection of strategy, talent, culture, and analytics. Cohen graduated from Bryn Mawr College with a B.A. and M.A. in Mathematics.
