Graham Carroll is a Partner at Lytical Ventures and a member of its Investment Committee. He plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm's investment strategy and managing fund finances and operations. His responsibilities include deal sourcing, conducting due diligence, providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies, including board-level involvement, managing finance and operations across all Lytical funds, and capital raising. Graham also fosters relationships within the venture ecosystem.
Before joining Lytical Ventures, Graham amassed a wealth of experience in both venture-backed startups and institutional finance. Graham co-founded Tutum, a cloud infrastructure startup in the budding container space, which was successfully acquired by Docker less than 24 months after its founding. At Docker, a unicorn backed by Benchmark and Insight Partners, Graham served as Director of Corporate Finance, eventually turning down the role of CFO to join Lytical Ventures.
Earlier in his career, Graham worked in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch's Financial Institutions Group, advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic transactions.
Graham holds a BA, MAC and MBA all from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler School of Business.
